Industry veteran will drive customer engagement strategies as Virginia company launches product innovations.
AccuTec Blades, a leader in precision blade technology, expanded its executive team with the appointment of Larry Baab as Vice President Sales and Marketing.
Baab brings extensive experience in sales management, marketing, new product development, customer service, and general management with durable-goods companies that were both public and private-equity owned. “We welcome Larry to the AccuTec team,” said Rick Gagliano, AccuTec President and CEO. “He brings a breadth and depth of industry experience and leadership qualities that will advance our marketing and accelerate our sales momentum.”
In his role Larry is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. “I am excited to have joined AccuTec and look forward to helping us achieve new levels of competitive advantages,” Baab said. “AccuTec’s product quality and marketing programs provide a solid base on which to build new tools that will raise the company’s visibility and boost sales.”
Larry holds a B.A. in Business from Azusa Pacific University and an M.B.A., from the University of New Haven. Baab’s held previous leadership roles with Johnson & Johnson, Igloo, Black & Decker, and Lowe’s.
